Make sure that you are lying down in a comfortable position.
Let your mind drift to where you would most like to be.
The beach? A tropical garden? The favourite room in your home?
Sense the aromas of your ideal location.
Be at peace with yourself.
Feel happy and content.
Let your past worries and anxieties swim away from you - never to return.
And now - get ready to close your eyes - and start to breath in deeply.
Three times.
In through your nose and out through your mouth.
Close your eyes, be at the centre of your new universe -
and when you are ready to return to your present world.
You will feel relaxed, refreshed, realigned and reborn.
